What shipping options do you offer?
FoodTent.com uses UPS (primary) and FedEx as our main shipping partners. We reserve the right to use another provider without notice under certain circumstances – you will not incur additional shipping fees.
We do our best to pack orders to keep them safe for the trip to your destination. We cannot take responsibility for damage incurred once it leaves our facility. If you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately to discuss what we can do based on our Returns Policy.
At this time we can only ship to non PO Box addresses within the 48 continental states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Europe, Asia, Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska or the South Pole.
In addition to required production time as noted for each product, please allow additional days for shipping the finished products to you.
Does my turnaround include shipping?
Production Turnaround Time represents the business days required to produce each product – assuming it is a non-stocked item. Allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround. Our turnaround times are an estimate, and are not to be confused with a guarantee. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
When will my job ship?
Turnaround times vary with each product and are noted under pricing. In Stock Product orders must be received by 11:00am PST to ship same day.
How do I change my shipping address?
We’ll change it for you on our end. Please Email Us with updated information.
How do I track my package?
FoodTent.com will send out an automated email with all tracking information when your order ships. You may also log into “ORDER STATUS” to check your orders status at any time.
Lost or Stolen Packages?
In the event a package has been lost in shipping, please contact us so we can reach out to our shipping partner. Packages delivered to customer are the responsibility of the customer once they leave the hands of FedEx or UPS. We collect all proof of delivery information and can forward that to customer upon request. Please be sure to check your delivery location carefully as FedEx and UPS will place packages out of sight if they feel security is an issue.
